During our Christmas stay, we loved the spacious and comfortable rooms at this hotel. The 1BR unit had a big couch, dining table, and a sliding door to close off the bedroom. The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils, pots, and pans, making it convenient for us to cook and enjoy meals. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with easy access to public transportation and popular London attractions like the Borough Market and the Tate Modern.

There were a few minor quirks that could have been improved. the bed had no top sheet, a bit strange and different from what we are used to in hotels.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated close to Monument station and in the center of London. This made it convenient for us to explore the city and easily access public transportation. there was an Italian restaurant right opposite the hotel, providing us with a variety of dining options. The room was spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations. The bathroom was well-maintained and we received efficient service from the staff. the facilities provided, such as the comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen, added to the advantages of our stay.

Although the hotel had many positives, there were a few minor issues with maintenance, such as blown light bulbs and a sticking bathroom door. These small aspects could easily be improved with regular checks and repairs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with excellent appliances including a dishwasher and a laundry machine with a dryer. It had everything we needed. The location was also great, down a quiet alley with little noise pollution. it was very close to the underground station, making transportation convenient.

The location of this place was outstanding, as it was close to major attractions like the Tower of London and London Bridge station. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, especially Elena, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The room itself was magnificent, with impeccable cleanliness and luxurious fixtures and fittings. We were pleasantly surprised to find amenities like a washing machine and a dishwasher, making our stay even more convenient. The bathroom was spacious and stocked with high-quality toiletries, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. this hotel provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

While we had a fantastic experience at this hotel, we found it difficult to find any negatives. In fact, we would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the area.

The location of the apartments is excellent, being very close to Monument station. This makes it very convenient for exploring the city as it is near tube stations and in London's financial district. In terms of the room, the layout is neat and the tones are relaxing, creating a comfortable environment. The apartments are also clean and the service is professional. There are facilities like a kitchen with a mini dishwasher and a smart living space.

There is no coffee machine in the room, unlike other apartments I have stayed in.

I had the most amazing stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the tube station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and spacious, providing ample room for relaxation. The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby every night. The air conditioning was a godsend, especially during the hot summer days. I also loved the fact that the apartment came with a fully equipped kitchen, allowing me to cook my own meals whenever I wanted. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my every need was met. this place provided an enhanced level of comfort and quality services that made my stay truly luxurious.
